The Dropped Stitch, a cocktail I invented this afternoon:
- 1 oz Jamaican Rum
- 1 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- Half an egg white
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- Sparkling pomegranate juice
Shake all ingredients except the sparking pomegranate vigorously with a buncha ice. Strain that bastard into a cocktail glass. Top him off with the sparkling pomegranate. Serve to a relative who needs to chill the hell out.
